Terms & Conditions - Say Yes to Your Soul Podcast Raffle

By entering the Say Yes to Your Soul podcast raffle (the "Raffle"), you agree to the following terms:

#1. Eligibility:

  • Open to individuals 18+ unless prohibited by local law.

  • Employees and family members of Alburn Consulting LLC are not eligible.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

#2. No Purchase Necessary:

  • Entry is free—no purchase required.

#3. Prizes:

  • Prizes are non-transferable. If cash prizes cannot be awarded due to local restrictions, they will be exchanged for digital gifts.

  • The total prize value is $2,000.

#4. Entry and Selection:

  • Limit one entry per person. Additional bonus entry is available through social media actions.

  • Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries after the raffle closes.

#5. Taxes and Duties:

  • Winners are responsible for all taxes or fees on prizes.

  • For international winners, customs or duties on prizes are the responsibility of the winner.

#6. Prize Delivery:
